BACKGROUND IN THE WINE INDUSTRY:
I started in the wine industry back in 2007, selling VQA wine and working for Pillitteri Estates. I have since worked with several different wineries & companies, finally landing at Noble in 2019.

MOST MEMORABLE WINE EXPERIENCE:
Horse back riding through the vineyard in Chile, followed by a tasting at the winery at Calitterra.

BEST DISH YOU CAN COOK
Anything Italian, but traditional Italian Lasagne.
